3. Mom-to-be Baby Trivia

Ask mom a series of questions before the baby shower. Hand out “Mom-to-be Baby Trivia” questions upside down with a pen to each guest. When the game begins, have your guests flip over the paper and start answering as many questions as they can in 5 minutes. When the timer runs out, the guests must put their pens down. The guest with the most correct questions wins.

4. Pass the Present

Purchase and wrap a nice gift ahead of time to give away at the baby shower. Have your guests stand in a circle facing each other and the mommy-to-be stands in the middle. The mommy-to-be will ask a question, ex: who is the tallest, and that guest will get the present. The mommy-to-be will as a series of questions throughout the game to have the present passed around. The last guest holding the present, wins the present.

5. Name the Baby

Each guest can fill out the “Name the Baby” paper with a guess on what they think the baby’s name will be or what they want the baby’s name to be. Have the guests put the slips of paper into a container. You can read all the names off later and then select a winner if someone chooses your baby’s name. If you do not have a baby name yet, you can use these ideas to pick out a baby name.

I love these little Baby Themed Containers to use at your next Baby Shower from Amazon. They are perfect to use for guests to place their guesses in.

6. Baby Word Scramble

Hand out a “Baby Word Scramble” sheet to each guest, upside down so they cannot see the game. Set a timer for 5 minutes and have the guests try to unscramble as many words as they can before the timer runs out. The guest with the most correct answers wins.

7. Guess Who – Mommy or Daddy?

Ask the mommy-to-be and daddy-to-be a series of questions ahead of time. The questions will consist of things they did as children. It could also help to ask their parents as well. Hand out the “Guess Who – Mommy or Daddy?” sheet. Have someone call out the questions and everyone must circle mommy or daddy as the answer. The person with the most correct answers at the end wins.

8. Who It Is – Mommy or Daddy?

Use a poster board and attach 10 baby pictures. Include 5 pictures from mommy-to-be and 5 pictures from daddy-to-be. Make sure the pictures are randomly attached to the board and label each picture 1-10. Hand out a “Who It Is – Mommy or Daddy?” sheet to each guest. Next to each number, circle mommy or daddy as the answer. The guest to answer the most questions correctly, wins.

9. Who Sat on the Baby?

During the baby shower set-up, tape the “Who Sat on the Baby” picture of a baby to the bottom of one of the seats. Halfway through the baby shower, announce to everyone that someone is sitting on the baby. All the guests must check under their seats to see who has a baby under their seat. The guest with the baby attached to their seat wins.

10. Inspirational Diaper

Bring a box of new diapers to the baby shower and multiple fabric pens. At some point during the shower, have your guests write on the baby diapers. This could include a funny quote, inspirational saying, or drawing a funny picture. Let your guests have fun and you will have something to smile about during some of those midnight diaper changes.

You can sign up ahead of time for your diaper Subscribe and Save subscription on Amazon. You can get your diapers sent to your door before you even realize you’re running low.
